LSWSA always struggles to get volunteers for safety boats (skipper and crew), race control and junior training support.  From the Management Committee perspective this is frustrating.  We work very hard to keep everything functioning and improving.  It would help us if some of you could find the time to assist. 

I don't mean the working bees.  The attendance then is fantastic.  I mean for the roles mentioned above.  some of these need training and the Club has provided that.
